DNQ Rules
Starting Field - 18
Raceceivers are mandatory in all classes must have one to race
Transponders Must Be Located At The Bottom Of The Steering Column
If You Have A Left-Side Mounted Rotor A Shield Is Mandatory
LR bumper covers are mandatory in all classes with the acception of USACK
Drivers must have a permit or drivers license to race
Hoosier Tires
DNQ Treaded Classes are all non-prep classes tires should be washed with water only. It is up to the team and driver to maintain your tires, if a foreign chemical is found in the lab testing a driver will be fined and suspended as follows
1st offense
$400 fine
1 Race suspension
190 Point penalty (Non droppable)
1 Race Suspension Cannot Be Dropped In Other Classes
Disqualified From All Events Raced For The Night - Update 3/24/22
2nd offense
$700 fine
500 Point Penalty
Suspended For The Season Or 5 Races
3rd offense
$900 Fine
One Year Suspension
Blue Ridge Labs Makes The Final Call On All Samples
Serial Numbers From The Bag Must Match Blue Ridge Paper Work
Tire samples may be taken at anytime during a race night
If tires smell like prep you will be automatically suspended
Hot boxes or heat blankets are not allowed if tires are found in a hotbox you will be asked to leave without a refund

You May Protest Tires for $200 Winner of the protest will receive $100
If You decline a tire test you will be fined and suspended
Bodies
Body Panels may be modified
All modified panels must stay at the height of the drivers shoulder's while seated in the kart
All modified panels must be securely fastened to the body
Wedge bodies are NOT allowed
Wickers on body work or sharp edges are not allowed.
All panels must be flush mounted to a bar
If a panel is made of metal it must be fastened by rivets,bolts or wire
If a panel is made of lexan it can be zip tied
USACK karts may fill in as much body area as they would like.
USACK Any Right-Side panels that are above the drivers shoulders must be made of lexan or a clear plastic material
Body fillers must be riveted or securely fastened to body.
Teams may remove the nose cone due to damage or rough track conditions however they must have a protective floor board attached under the pedals or they will not race!
Ballast
All Lead or Ballast MUST BE PAINTED WHITE!
If any ballast comes off your kart and we have video evidence of it you will be fined $20 per piece

All 212cc predator engine part #'s will be permitted.

Engines May Be Protested For $100 Pick One Area To Check Winner Of The Protest Gets The $

You May Disconnect The Vent Tube At The Fuel Tank Only, Hose Must Stay Attached To The Air Box
Spark Plugs Must Be Single Probe Style NO-RACING PLUGS
You May Disconnect The Throttle Stop Screw
You Must Run The Factory Fuel Tank
You May Tape The Engine Pull Cord
No After Market Parts Except The Chain Guard
You Can Disconnect The Oil Sensor Wire
You May Claim 1 Engine A Year For $160
You May Vent The Gas Cap
You Cannot Claim The Supplied Spec Engine
You Can Only Be Claimed 1 Time A Year

Less than 5lbs underweight - Last Place Points
More than 6 underweight - DQ No Points
Failure to weigh after race - DQ No Points
Failed Surge - Last Place Points
Failed Fuel - Last Place Points
Tread Depth Under 1/16" - DQ No Points
Tires Below Duro - DQ No Points
DNQ Race Procedure
Practice Starts at 6:30
Practice Is Qualifying
Top 14 transfer from qualifying
Top 4 Transfer From The B-Main
3 Choose Cone Re-starts per race
5 to go will always be a choose cone re-start
3 Spin / Wreck Rule Applied
Rough Drivers Will Be Sent To The Back Once As A Warning, Then Parked
Lucky Dogs Are Given Through Timing & Scoring At Each Caution
Karts May Pull Off The Track To Do An Adjustment Under Yellow However, You Must Then Choose From The Back.
If all karts at the track fail tech the purse will roll over
If any race reaches 1/2 way it will be considered official
You Cannot Work On The Kart On Track, Pull Off TO Change Air , Fix Damage Etc.
If a race night is rained out during the event and classes have qualified, we will go off qualifying for finishing order and payout
During A Re-Start Drivers Must Stay In-Line Until The Finish Line No Ducking Under Karts, You Will Be Put To The Back If Seen In Video Footage
If A Driver Grabs Another Kart Or Competitor During A Race You Are Parked For The Night
Raceceivers are mandatory If You Do Not Have One You WONT RACE
