DNQ Cup Series

• Weight: 410 lbs
• 5 lbs post-race allowance
• DNQ sealed ghost engines: 400 lbs
• 5 lbs post-race allowance
• Tires
• Left Side: Hoosier Treaded 11 x 5.5 x 6, D30
• Right Side: Hoosier Treaded 12 x 9 x 6, D50
• Min Duro = 50
• At the road course you may run the accepted tires on any side.
• Engine: Stock Ghost Engine
• Cup Series karts must have
• Rotor guard (if run behind the seat)
• LR bumper cover
• Safety equipment may be reviewed by the series. The series may determine a driver to be in an unsafe environment and may mandate changes before racing.
• Body Panel Extensions / Hoses / etc.
• Body panel extensions may be used
• Panels may not be higher than the driver’s shoulders
• Panels must have rounded edges
• Hoses may be run with fans to the clutch pull cord etc.
• Fans may be used for cooling or “downforce”
• Ratcheting hubs are legal and may be used
• Spotters
• Spotters are allowed, however spotters must be able to hear race control in order to relay messages from the tower
